Google Earth gets even better with new features

Google Earth has added new features which include an integrated browser and adding GPS data from your travels. You can load trips into the program and it will draw them on the map to create a visual tour of your trip. So now you can visually pre-plan your drive, ride or walk.

Starbucks offers free Wi-Fi starting July 1st.

With competition from McDonalds and other chain outlets, Starbucks decided to change it's policy to expand their service. They will also offer free access and downloads to the Starbucks Digital Network, which includes the Wall Street Journal, iTunes, The New York Times and others.

Microsoft now offers free Web Applications

Now you can use the online version of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Although the features are more limited than the full version your documents can be edited and stored for free.
